30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in the same condition you received it.
- Unworn or unused.
- With original tags attached and in its original packaging.
- You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
If you are located outside the United Arab Emirates, please be aware that shipping may take longer than expected.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale Items and Gift Cards
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the current item and, once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason, without the need for justification.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be credited to your internal Grubss Wallet system as store credit within 10 business days.
By using our platform, you explicitly agree that refunds for accepted returns will be credited to your Grubss wallet and not returned to the original payment method.
Wallet balances are non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and can be used for any future purchases on Grubss.com.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your credit, please contact us at support@grubss.com.
