1. Introduction
Welcome to Grubss.
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Grubss website, applications, marketplace, services and related features.
Grubss is operated by Kamal Luthra General Trading LLC in the United Arab Emirates.
By creating an account, accessing Grubss, placing an order, using the Grubss Wallet, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies referred to within them.
If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you should not use Grubss.
2. About Grubss
Grubss is a multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace through which customers can discover and purchase products offered by different vendors.
Because Grubss operates as a multi-vendor marketplace, products within the same customer order may be supplied by different vendors and may be prepared, shipped and delivered separately.
Certain marketplace, fulfilment, payment, delivery and customer-support functions may be managed or facilitated by Grubss and its service providers.
3. Eligibility and Customer Accounts
Customers must create and sign in to a Grubss account before completing a purchase.
When creating or using an account, you are responsible for providing accurate, complete and current information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activities carried out through your account.
You should notify Grubss promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
Grubss may request additional information or verification where reasonably necessary to protect customers, vendors, the marketplace or its services.
4. Account Information and Security
Customers may have access to account and security features provided through Grubss.
You are responsible for keeping your contact information and delivery information accurate and up to date.
Grubss may take reasonable steps to protect accounts against unauthorized or suspicious activity, including restricting access, requiring additional verification, terminating active sessions or temporarily limiting certain account functions.
5. Products and Vendors
Products available on Grubss may be offered by different independent vendors participating in the marketplace.
The relevant vendor is responsible for providing accurate information concerning the products it offers, subject to Grubss marketplace requirements.
Grubss may review, moderate, correct, restrict or remove product listings where reasonably necessary for marketplace operation, customer protection, legal compliance or enforcement of marketplace requirements.
Product availability is subject to stock and may change without notice.
6. Product Information
Grubss and its vendors aim to provide useful and accurate product information, including descriptions, images, prices, specifications and other relevant details.
However, minor differences may occasionally occur between product images or information displayed online and the actual product, including differences caused by packaging updates, manufacturer changes, display settings or other reasonable variations.
Customers should review the applicable product information before placing an order.
If you receive an incorrect product or experience a product-related issue, please contact Grubss for assistance.
7. Prices
Product prices displayed on Grubss are shown in the applicable currency displayed on the marketplace.
Prices may change from time to time.
A price change generally does not affect an order that has already been successfully placed and paid, except where correction is necessary because of an obvious pricing or technical error and applicable law permits such correction.
Additional charges, where applicable, will be displayed as part of the checkout process before the customer completes payment.
8. Discounts, Promotions and Coupons
Grubss may make discounts, promotional offers or coupon codes available from time to time.
Promotions may be subject to additional eligibility requirements, validity periods, minimum purchase requirements, product or vendor restrictions, usage limits or other conditions displayed with the promotion.
Grubss may refuse, withdraw or cancel a promotion where it has expired, eligibility requirements are not satisfied, or there is reasonable evidence of misuse, manipulation, fraud or technical error.
Where a discount or coupon was applied to a product, any eligible cancellation or return refund may take into account the portion of that discount attributable to the relevant product.
9. Placing an Order
When you place an order through Grubss, you are requesting to purchase the selected products subject to availability, successful payment and applicable marketplace requirements.
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that every item can be fulfilled.
An order may be unable to proceed because of circumstances including payment failure, unavailable stock, product availability issues, incorrect information, suspected fraud, technical errors or other legitimate operational reasons.
Where appropriate, Grubss will update the applicable order status.
10. Multi-Vendor Orders
A single checkout may contain products supplied by multiple vendors.
Grubss may therefore create and manage separate fulfilment or shipment components for different products within the same customer-facing order.
Products belonging to the same order may:
be prepared at different locations;
be packaged separately;
be assigned to separate shipments; and
arrive at different times.
The fact that one part of an order has been delivered does not necessarily mean that another part is missing or delayed.
11. Payments
Grubss currently accepts eligible credit and debit card payments through its payment processing infrastructure.
Cash on Delivery is not currently available.
Card payments are processed using Grubss's payment processing partner, Stripe. Grubss does not need to directly store your complete card details in order to process the transaction.
An order is considered successfully paid only after the applicable payment has been successfully completed and recorded.
If payment fails or cannot be completed, the order may not proceed.

12. Grubss Wallet
Grubss may provide customers with a Grubss Wallet through which eligible credits and refunds can be received and used for eligible future purchases.
Wallet credits may be subject to individual validity or expiry periods.
Where a cancellation or return refund is issued to the Grubss Wallet, the applicable wallet credit is currently valid for 2 months from the date that specific credit is issued.
Different wallet credits may therefore have different expiry dates.
Wallet balances and credits are subject to the applicable wallet functionality and these Terms.
13. Cancellation
Eligible products may be cancelled while they remain within the cancellation stages supported by Grubss.
Customer cancellation is generally available while an eligible item is Pending, Confirmed or Packed.
Once an item has progressed to shipping, delivery, return, refund or another later fulfilment stage, standard customer cancellation is no longer available.
Where a successfully paid item is eligible for cancellation, the applicable refund is credited to the customer's Grubss Wallet.
The cancellation refund is based on the net product value actually paid for the cancelled item, taking applicable discounts into account.
Delivery charges, shipping-related charges, service charges, remote-area surcharges, delivery service premiums and other applicable non-product charges are not included in the cancellation refund, including where all products in an order are cancelled.

14. Returns and Refunds
Return eligibility is determined at the product level.
Different products may have different return periods, and certain products may be designated as non-returnable.
Where a product is returnable, the applicable return period begins from the product's delivery date.
A return request must be submitted within the applicable return period.
Eligible returns may be collected through Grubss's delivery or logistics arrangements without a return pickup charge to the customer.
After the returned product reaches the applicable return location and the return is accepted through the applicable return process, the eligible refund is credited to the customer's Grubss Wallet.
Where a coupon or discount applied to the returned product, the refund may reflect the net product value after the applicable discount allocation.

15. Shipping and Delivery
Grubss currently provides delivery within the United Arab Emirates.
Grubss generally aims for an estimated delivery within 2 days, although actual delivery time may vary depending on order preparation, product availability, customer location, logistics operations, customer availability and circumstances outside normal operational control.
The delivery timeframe is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery deadline.
Delivery charges may vary according to the customer's delivery location and will be shown during checkout.
Products within a multi-vendor order may arrive separately and at different times.

16. Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information required to deliver an order.
This may include the recipient's name, phone number, delivery address and other information reasonably necessary for fulfilment.
Necessary delivery information may be shared with the applicable logistics provider to complete the delivery.
Grubss is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful delivery caused by materially incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
17. Order Tracking
Customers can review available order information and status by signing in to their Grubss account and visiting:
Profile → My Orders
Where different products are being delivered separately, their progress may differ.
Customers should contact Grubss if they believe there is a significant problem with an order or delivery.
18. Customer Responsibilities
When using Grubss, you agree not to:
use the marketplace for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes;
provide intentionally false or misleading information;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account, system or service;
interfere with the normal operation or security of Grubss;
misuse promotions, coupons, refunds, returns or wallet functionality;
attempt to manipulate orders, payments, prices or marketplace systems;
upload or transmit malicious software or harmful material; or
use Grubss in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.
Grubss may investigate suspected misuse and take reasonable action where necessary.
19. Account Restriction or Suspension
Grubss may temporarily restrict, suspend or terminate access to an account where reasonably necessary because of:
suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;
misuse of marketplace features;
repeated or serious violations of these Terms;
security concerns;
legal or regulatory requirements; or
conduct that materially harms Grubss, its customers, vendors, service providers or marketplace operations.
Where appropriate and reasonably possible, Grubss may provide information concerning the restriction or steps necessary to resolve the issue.
20. Account Deletion
Customers may request or initiate account deletion through the account functionality made available by Grubss.
Deleting an account does not necessarily result in immediate deletion of every record associated with that account.
Grubss may retain information where reasonably necessary for completed transactions, accounting, refunds, disputes, fraud prevention, security, contractual obligations, recordkeeping or applicable legal requirements.

21. Vendor Relationships
Grubss allows approved vendors to offer products through the marketplace.
Vendors are subject to separate onboarding requirements, marketplace rules and applicable agreements with Grubss.
Nothing in these customer Terms requires Grubss to disclose confidential commercial arrangements between Grubss and its vendors or logistics providers.
Grubss may take appropriate action concerning a vendor or product listing where necessary to protect marketplace operations or customers.
22. Third-Party Services
Certain Grubss functions depend on third-party service providers, including payment processing, delivery and logistics, hosting, communications, infrastructure and other operational services.
Use of such services may also be subject to the relevant provider's terms or policies where applicable.
Grubss is not responsible for independent third-party services outside its reasonable control, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
23. Intellectual Property
The Grubss name, branding, marketplace design, software, text, graphics, logos and other content owned by Grubss or its licensors are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use Grubss for its intended personal marketplace purposes.
You may not, without appropriate authorization, copy, reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, modify or misuse Grubss-owned content, branding, software or other protected materials.
Product names, trademarks, images and other materials belonging to vendors, manufacturers or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
24. Availability of Grubss
Grubss aims to keep its marketplace and services available and functioning reliably.
However, uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
Access may occasionally be interrupted or restricted because of maintenance, upgrades, security measures, infrastructure issues, technical failures or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Grubss may modify, improve, replace or discontinue marketplace features where reasonably necessary.
25. Errors and Corrections
Despite reasonable efforts to maintain accurate marketplace information, technical, pricing, product, availability or other errors may occasionally occur.
Grubss reserves the right to investigate and correct genuine errors.
Where an error materially affects an order, Grubss will take reasonable steps to address the matter in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.
26. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grubss will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of the marketplace where such liability may lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any mandatory consumer rights available to customers under applicable law in the United Arab Emirates.
27. Privacy
Personal information collected through Grubss is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains the categories of information we collect, how information is used, when information may be shared with vendors, logistics providers and service providers, account deletion, retention and other privacy-related matters.
Our use of cookies and similar technologies is further explained in the Cookie Policy.

29. Changes to These Terms
Grubss may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our marketplace, services, business operations, policies or applicable requirements.
The revised Terms will be published on Grubss with an updated Last Updated date.
Where required by applicable law, additional notice or consent may be provided.
Continued use of Grubss following an applicable update will be subject to the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
30. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
31. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws and regulations applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.
Subject to any mandatory rights or procedures available under applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, Grubss or the use of the marketplace will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
